 Polo Queen Industrial And Fintech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We write to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2019. In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by its employees and other connected persons adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed from December 23rd , 2019 and will reopen after 48 hours of the results being made public on February 5, 2020, which had been already intimated to the Stock Exchange, vide our letter dated December 20, 2019.
