 This is to inform you that, pursuant to the Company''s "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/Ol2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for trading/ dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2019 until 48 hours from the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019 for all Connected/ Designated Persons and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Accordingly all Directors / Connected persons/ designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
