In continuation of our earlier letter dated 2nd Feb 2021 on the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that, in respect of the Issue, the investment committee of the board of directors of the Company ('Investment Committee') at its meeting held today, i.e., 3rd Feb 2021, approved the issue and allotment of 15,30,612 Equity Shares of face value of ? 10 each to 30 qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of ? 2,450 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 2,440 per Equity Share), aggregating to ? 3,74,99,99,400 (Rupees Three Hundred Seventy Four Crore Ninety Nine Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred only, pursuant to the Issue. The Issue opened on 28th January 2021 and closed on 2nd Feb 2021 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated 28th January 2021 and 2nd Feb 2021.
