 Vani Commercials Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 14th August, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing, inter alia, to consider the following matters: 1) To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2023. 2) Such other matter with the permission of chair. Further note that, in accordance with the Insider Trading Policy duly adopted by the Board of Directors, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company had been closed from 1st July, 2023 and would remain closed till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results.

 The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on 30th May, 2023 at 12:00P.M. for Approval of Accounts and Financial Results for fy ended on 31st March, 2023. However, the meeting could not be concluded due to news of fatal road accident of one of the relatives of Mr. Vishal Abrol, Managing Director of the Company. However, he could not be saved. The meeting got adjourned till his availability for signing the financial results. The Corporate Announcement for detailed reasons for delay in submission of financial results was already intimated to BSE as "OUTCOME OF BOARD MEETING" on 30th May, 2023 as the same could not be concluded due to the above mentioned reason. The Adjourned meeting was held on 2nd June, 2023 in which the financial results for fy 2022-23 got signed and approved and got uploaded on BSE thereafter.
