Madam/Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with various Circulars published by SEBI in that behalf from time to time, the Company hereby informs the stock exchange(s) that the Company together with its subsidiary company, Centrum Housing Finance Limited (CHFL), has entered into binding agreements ('the Agreements') with NHPEA Kamet Holding B.V. ('the Investor'), an investment holding company managed by the private equity arm of Morgan Stanley Asia. The Investor will subscribe to 6,66,90,413 equity shares of the face value of Rs.10 each, for an aggregate consideration of about Rs.190 crore.
