SHR & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 120491W) have resigned from the post of Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2021-2022 with immediate effect. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 15, 2021 have considered & accepted their resignation and relieved them from their responsibilities.
