We wish to inform you that the 14th (Fourteenth) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of Sutlej Textiles and Industries Limited will be held on Thursday, the 22nd August, 2019 at 3.00 p.m. at the Registered Office at Pachpahar Road, Bhawanimandi, Rajasthan - 326 502. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 21st August, 2019 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019. If the dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 09th May, 2019, is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend will be made on or after Tuesday, 27th August, 2019.
