Jtekt India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that 167th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 17th May, 2019, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended 31st March, 2019 and to recommend the dividend, if any. We will furnish the results to you immediately after the Board Meeting. In view of the above, we hereby intimate you that we shall not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter of the year and shall, instead, be publishing the Audited Results after the said Board Meeting.
