The 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 7th August, 2019. Book Closure from Friday, 25th July, 2019 to Thursday, 7th August, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend, if declared at the AGM.
