 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held today i.e. 10th November, 2022 at the registered office of the Company, has approved the following: i. the proposal for adoption of altered Articles of Association ("Articles") of the Company as per the Companies Act, 2013 subject to approval of the shareholders. The amendment is in pursuance of the recent minority investment made by the Investors (as defined in the amended Articles) in the Company,* with a view to maintaining high standards of corporate governance of the Company. The following are brief of changes which have been proposed in amended Articles of Association given in attached letter. Kindly take note of it and the new set of Article of Association would be sent after passing the specialresolution by the shareholders. ii.
