Appointment of Mr. Rohit Jain as CFO(KMP), pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 11/12/2020. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. 2. Appointment of Ms. Prajakta Patil as Assistant Company Secretary (KMP), pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 11/12/2020. Ms. Prajakta Patil has already been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Co. pursuant to Reg 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) w.e.f. 23/11/2020, which has already been intimated to the Stock Exchange vide our letter dated 23/11/2020. She is B.Com & LLB graduate and a member of the ICSI and is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. 3. Appointment of Ms. Prajakta Patil as Nodal Officer of the Company w.e.f. 11/12/2020 pursuant to Sub Rule 2A of Rule 7 of IEPF Rules, 2016.11-12-2020
