We refer our letter dated 23rd March,2020 informing about closure of operations due to COVID -19 pandemic. In continuation to the above, we wish to inform you that we are resuming operations today (6th May,2020) with 50% manpower after obtaining requisite permission from the Government Authorities. We further wish to reiterate that health, safety and well-being of our employees and other stakeholders continues to be our top priority and we are taking the necessary precautionary hygiene and safety measures in this regard.06-05-2020

SHANTHI GEARS LTD. - 522034 - Closure Of Operations Due To COVID-19
We would like to inform that in view of the widespread COVID -19 pandemic, the operations in our C & F units will be closed from 4.30 pm today. The Company is taking various measures to ensure the health and safety of its employees and to comply with the directives regularly being issued by the Central and State Government besides the local authorities. The duration of closure of the Company's manufacturing operations is not foreseeable at present and would depend on an improvement in the situation and on further directions to be received from the Central and the respective State Governments and other authorities in this regard. We further inform that the Company is monitoring the situation for taking timely action based on the guidance from the Governments and the authorities.23-03-2020
