 With reference to above subject, we are pleased to inform that we have purchased an adjoining manufacturing unit with common wall of our existing factory at Palghar, We have factory plot Nos 8 & 9, Dewan and sons Udhyog nagar, Palghar and we purchased a manufacturing unit at plot no 7 of Dewan & Sons Udhyog Nagar which was not in operations since last more than 2 years Agreement for sale is duly registered with agreement value of Rs 221 crore with land & building.
