With reference to the captioned subject and in respect of submission of the postal ballot notice dated 03rd February 2022 seeking approval of members of the Company by way of Special Resolutions for approval of (1) Change of Name and consequent alteration in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, (2) Change in Main Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
