Pursuant To The Allotment Of Equity Shares In The Issue, The Paid-Up Equity Share Capital Of The Company Stands Increased From Rs. 59,16,82,014 To Rs. 72,39,89,706. The Issue Committee Meeting Commenced At 7.30 PM And The Meeting Was Concluded At 8.30 PM On April 05, 2022.
