Approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021. 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Disclosure of Trading Window: The Company has already intimated to the Exchange on 31st March, 2021 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st April, 2021 for the consideration of Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021.
