Now, we hereby inform you that the 200th meeting of Board of Directors convened today could not be held for the want of quorum and therefore 200th board meeting stands adjourned in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and its related rules read with applicable clauses of secretarial standards on the meetings of the Board of Directors (SS-1)
