Further to company's letter dated 25th March'20, we would like to inform the exchange that company continues to partially operate its plants located at Panoli and Jambusar, Sterling SEZ to keep the essential manufacturing activities on to ensure the global supply chain of crop protection products as the Company falls under the 'Essential Commodities and Services list, issued by Govt. of India. The Company further expects that all its mfg. plants would be operational once the lockdown period is over on May 03, 2020 or such other date as per the directives issued by the Govt. of india from time to time. We would further like to inform you that the activities at company's manufacturing plants are being carried out with all safety, security and other measures as required by Government and Health advisories.21-04-2020
