 This is to inform you that the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 03.00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the Shareholders at a common venue, to transact the ordinary and special business set out in the Notice of the meeting. This is in compliance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and various circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, permitting companies to hold their Annual General Meeting through VC/OAVM in view of the continuing consequences of COVID-19 pandemic. In this regard, pursuant to the Regulation 34 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we are submitting herewith a copy of the Annual Report along with the Notice of the 20th Annual General Meeting, which is being sent to the Shareholders.
