In continuation to the letter dated June 30, 2022 regarding the trading window closure, Coforge Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 22, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The Board of Directors will also be considering the proposal of the payment of first Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2022-23 and will determine the Record date for the purpose of the First Interim Dividend.The trading window shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.15-07-2022
