We have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Millennium Online Solutions (India) Limited (Formerly known as Mahamaya Investments Limited) (the Company) maintained by Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Ltd pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the company for the period from 01st October, 2018 to 31st March, 2019 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Reg. 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 entered into by, Millennium Online Solutions (India) Limited with stock exchanges and based on the information provided by the Company we hereby certify that the Company and the RTA has delivered during the half year ended on 01st October, 2018 to 31st March, 2019: A) The Company has delivered during the half year ended 31st March, 2019 share certificates relating to requests received for Transfer and Transmission of shares during the period from 01st October, 2018 to 31st March, 2019 within 30 Days as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers from the respective date of lodgment of each request other than those which were rejected on technical grounds.
