This is to inform you that for September-2020, Digital Ventures Private Limited (DVPL), a material Wholly Owned Subsidiary of our Company, has not paid principal instalments of Rs 2.00 Cr & Rs 0.50 Cr to Axis Bank & Tamilnad Mercantile Bank respectively and interest of Rs 1.14 Cr and Rs 0.23 Cr on term loan from Axis Bank & Tamilnad Mercantile Bank respectively. The above delay has occurred due to the significantly disrupted school operations post the lockdown announced by Govt. of India and the respective State Govts. due to the current COVID19 pandemic and is likely to get regularized once schools operations stabilize post reopening of schools. DVPL is also exploring re-structuring of its debt with its lenders in line with the extant guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India.
