 Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI LODR Reg 2015 and SEBI Cir No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dt 9-9-2015, we wish to inform that Committee of Directors through Resolution passed by Circulation today - May 27, 2021 has allotted 13,25,471 Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs.5 each fully paid up pursuant to conversion of 3rd & last tranche of conversion option of 1,405 CCDs held by Future Corporate Resources Private Limited out of 1,405 CCDs outstanding as on date. Entire 7,500 CCDs have been converted into equity shares. Further, post allotment aforesaid Equity Shares shareholding of FCRPL now stands at 1,87,58,029 aggregating to 59.16% of total paid-up Equity Share capital. Further, paid-up Equity Share capital stands increased to Rs.15,85,43,395/- and comprising of 3,17,08,679 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each fully paid-up. Further, the Company had already become a subsidiary of FCRPL on 11-2-2020, pursuant to allotment of 30,00,000 equity shares post 1st tranche conversion of 3,180 CCDs.
