Koncepts Interior, Operational Creditor of the Company, before the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal - Mumbai Bench ('NCLT, Mumbai') seeking initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Company, and subsequent intimation dated October 25, 2021, December 23, 2021, December 24, 2021, January 31, 2022, February 21, 2022, February 22, 2022, March 02, 2022, March 09, 2022, March 31, 2022, April 05, 2022, June 24, 2022, June 25, 2022, August 03, 2022 and August 12, 2022. We further intimate that the said matter was listed on September 12, 2022, in Court No. 5, NCLT, Mumbai. However, it didn't come-up for hearing. The said matter is to be listed at a later date which shall be intimated to your esteemed Exchange as soon as the Company receives the next date for the matter.
