We refer to our letter dated 4th September, 2019 whereby we had inter-alia informed that petition seeking approval of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (the Hon'ble Tribunal) to the Scheme of Merger by absorption of Bill Forge Private Limited (the Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) by the Company (the Scheme) was kept for final hearing on 20th September, 2019. We now wish to inform you that after the hearing held on 20th September, 2019 and the Hon'ble Tribunal had reserved the same for Order. The Order approving the Scheme was delivered by the Hon'ble Tribunal on 4th November, 2019 and the minutes of the order is now available on the website of the Hon''ble Tribunal. Accordingly, the Scheme will be operational once the certified copy of the Order along-with the Scheme is filed with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
