 In furtherance to our letter dated March 22, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that in view of the nationwide lockdown for a period of 21 Days enforced by the Government of India, Goodyear India Limited ('the Company') continues temporary suspension/closure of its manufacturing operation of the Ballabgarh plant and other business operations upto April 14, 2020 and till further period in accordance with directive issued by the State/Central Government, if any. The Company shall resume the Plant and other business operations in accordance with requisite directions issued by the State/Central Government authorities.
