Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2021, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of 5% (Re. 0.50 Paisa per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
