Bhilwara (Raj.) and Spinning Unit-III - Village Soniyana, Tehsil Gangrar, Distt. Chittorgarh (Raj.) have been partly resumed which were temporarily suspended because of nation-wide Lock-down due to COVID-19.

 Pursuant to the provisions SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment)Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2020 for all the Directors, Designated Persons & their relatives including all insiders and "the connected persons" with the Company. The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2020.

In compliance to the order of Government, The Company has shut down its production and office operations from 22.03.2020 till further notice.
