This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI-LODR'), the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. January 24, 2022, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 150%) for the financial year 2021-2022. The record date for the said purpose is February 04, 2022, which has been already intimated to the Stock Exchange(s) vide letter dated January 17, 2022.
