 Dear Sir/ Madam, Please note that the tenure of Mr Keki Dadiseth (DIN: 0052165) as an Independent Director of the Company has completed on conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company held on today i.e. August 03, 2021. Accordingly, Mr Keki Dadiseth cease to be Director of the Company with effect from August 03, 2021. Consequently, he also ceases to be the Chairperson of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee and member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The above change will have no bearing on the composition of the Board and its Committees. The Board and its Committees continue to comply with the requirements of applicable laws. The information required to be submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, is enclosed in Annexure -A.

 Dear Sir/Madam, Please note that the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi has on July 30, 2021 pronounced an order against, inter alia, the Company and its associate company viz. Wonder Projects Development Pvt. Ltd in respect of matter challenging the environmental clearance granted in relation to project being developed by WPDPL in Bengaluru. We are in the process of challenging the said Order as we strongly disagree with the same. The Order has not taken into consideration the complete assertions and arguments provided by us while disregarding the findings of the Joint Committees that were set up under its own directions. We remain confident of our merits and compliances in the case. We reiterate that as a responsible corporate, we follow all concerned regulations and are confident of our compliance in this project.
