No. A-11011/1/2015-Ins II dated 26th August 2020 had appointed Mr. Atanu Kumar Das, MD & CEO, Bank of India as Director on the Board of the Corporation, with immediate effect, for a period of three years or till the date of his tenure as MD & CEO, Bank of India or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
