The Outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 24th May 2023 is in accordance with SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and taken on record inter-alia the following items attached herewith.
