 Sub.: Notice of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited In terms of Regulations 42,44 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure and Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that: 1. The 32nd Annual General Meeting of Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 30th, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing ("VC")/ Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). 2.
