 This is to inform you about the following: 1.In line with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Circular No. 14/2020, 17/2020 and 20/2020 and SEBI Circular No, SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79, the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020 will be held on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 04.00 pm IST through Video Conferencing (VC). 2.The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2020 to September 28, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 44th AGM. 3.In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed September 21, 2020 (Monday) i.e.; the date prior to the commencement of Book Closure date as cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Shareholders to cast their votes using either remote e-voting facility or the e-voting facility at the AGM.
