 This is in continuation of our earlier filing, pursuant to which we had intimated that the Company has initiated the process of postal ballot for seeking the approval of the shareholders with respect to the resolution as set out in the postal ballot notice dated November, 16, 2020 ('Notice'): The Board of Directors of the Company had appointed Ms. Ekta Kumari, Practicing Company Secretary of K E & Company as scrutinizer to conduct the process of the postal ballot/e-voting in a fair and transparent manner ('Scrutinizer'). We would like to inform you that the resolutions as mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 23, 2020 has been approved by the members with requisite majority. The resolution have been deemed to be approved and passed on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 which is the last date of remote e-voting.
