It is further intimated that, members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date 23RD Sep, 2022 may cast their vote electronically on the ordinary and special businesses as set out in the Notice of the 37th Annual General Meeting through electronic voting system of NSDL.
