Ginni Filaments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 24, 2005, inter alia, to consider the public issue of new equity shares through prospectus at a premium for an aggregate amount of Rs 600 million to part finance the Company's proposed schemes of expansion / setting up new units at an estimated cost of Rs 2040 million.17-09-2005
