 Pursuant to Regulation 39 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an intimation from M/s. Freedom Registry Limited, Share Transfer Agents (STA) of the Company on 6th March, 2019, pertaining to the issuance of a duplicate share certificate in lieu of lost/ misplaced original share certificate of the Company as per details mentioned in the attached intimation received from STA. Accordingly, a duplicate share certificate shall be issued to the concerned shareholder upon the receipt of the necessary documents duly executed by her.
