SRI ADHIKARI BROTHERS TELEVISION NETWORK LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Audit Committee shall consider and recommend the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020 and thereafter the Resolution Professional shall approve the same in a Review Committee meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which is closed from Tuesday, March 31, 2020 shall re-open on expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public i.e. Monday, June 29, 2020 for Specified Persons as defined in the Code.22-06-2020
