RVNL/SECY/STEX/AGM19/2022 dated 05.09.2022, it is hereby informed that Rail Vikas Nigam Limited had applied for extension for holding of Annual General Meeting of FY 2021-22 with the Registrar of Companies, New Delhi, as Comptroller and Auditor-General of India (C&AG) comments are awaited on Annual Accounts of the Company. Registrar of Companies (ROC), New Delhi vide order dated 05.09.2022 has granted extension for 3 months for holding of Annual General Meeting i.e. up to 31.12.2022. (Copy of order enclosed) The Company will make all endeavour to hold the AGM by 30.09.2022. In case of any change in the date of AGM, the Company shall inform the Stock Exchanges accordingly.
