 Further to our Outcome of Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company dated August 21, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR, please find enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 21st August, 2020, seeking approval of the Members for Issue of Bonus Shares, Increase in Authorised Share Capital and Migration from BSE SME Platform to BSE Main Board. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) for providing e-voting facility to all its Members. The e-voting will commence at 09.00 hours (IST) on Monday, August 24, 2020 and shall end at 17:00 hours on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
