While browsing BSE website, under the announcements section of our Company, we observed that 'the Exchange has sought clarification from Samrat Forgings Ltd on June 9, 2023 with reference to significant movement in price'. In this regard, we would like to submit that although we have not received any such mail communication at our registered email ID from BSE. Yet we hereby clarify that in our opinion there is no such announcement or price sensitive information which is pending to be intimated or furnished by the Company to the Stock Exchange concerning the operation/performance of the Company which may have a bearing on the price behavior in the scrip.
