Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Mr. Tarun Kumar Srivastava, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has given his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, with effect from June 30, 2021, The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held today, i.e. on June 13, 2021 took on record, the said resignation tendered by Mr. Tarun Kumar Srivastava with effect from June 30, 2021. Further, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors at the same meeting, has approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Mehra as Compliance Officer of the Company for the interim period with effect from July 1, 2021. Presently, Mr. Ravi Mehra is Dy. Managing Director of the Company.14-06-2021
