The Shareholders of the Company approved the Postal Ballot Resolution for change in the name of the Company from Minda Industries Limited to 'UNO Minda Limited', intimated to the stock exchanges on 30 June, 2022, through the Postal Ballot Results. Subsequently, the Company filed an application with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi for issue of fresh certificate of incorporation.
