 In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, NOTICE is hereby given that by an order dated 1st July, 2022 (the 'Order'), the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench at Indore ('NCLT') has directed a meeting to be held of the Unsecured Creditor of Prataap Snacks Limited, the Applicant Company for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation of Avadh Snacks Private Limited ('Transferor Company 1') and Red Rotopack Private Limited ('Transferor Company 2') with Prataap Snacks Limited ('Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme'). In pursuance of the said Order and as directed therein, we write to inform that the Meeting of the Unsecured Creditors of Prataap Snacks Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th August, 2022 at 4:30 P.M. IST through VC/OAVM ('Meeting') to transact the business as set out in the Notice convening the Meeting.
