In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the shareholders, and any required regulatory approvals and applicable conditions thereof, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30th April, 2022, has considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. G. Vamsi Krishna (DIN: 03544943), Joint Managing Director of the Company, for a further period of five (5) years w.e.f. 6th May, 2022 to 5th May , 2027 (both days inclusive). The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 along with the brief profile of Mr. G.
