As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to spread rapidly across the world, at TRF, our first and foremost priority is the health and safety of our employees and the communities in which we operate. We also remain focused on conserving cash and ensuring we have adequate liquidity. Keeping in mind the above, the practical constraints of continuing operations and dispatches and the safety & health of our employees & other stakeholders, the Company has suspended its manufacturing operations at its Works Plant at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and all the Projects at Customers' sites till the situation improves, barring minor support function to its customer to maintain their continued operation. The overall adverse impact on the operations of the Company due to suspension and expected financial impact, is not immediately ascertainable at this stage.
