1. Mr. T.V. Narendran (DIN: 03083605) has resigned as the Non-Executive Director of the Company and consequently has ceased to be the Chairman of the Board. The resignation is effective December 16, 2022. 2. Mr. Koushik Chatterjee (DIN: 00004989) has resigned as the Non-Executive Director of the Company. The resignation is effective December 16, 2022. 3.The Board elected Mr. Avneesh Gupta, Non-Executive Director as the Chairman of the Board, effective December 17, 2022 in place of Mr. T.V. Narendran. 4.
