Parnax Lab Ltd has informed BSE that On account of declaring the unaudited financial results for the 1st Quarter ended on June 30th, 2015 and as per Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and other persons covered under the Code from July 22, 2015 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company.22-07-2015
