In continuation of our letter dated August 5, 2019, pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) set out in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind -AS) for the Quarter ended June 30, 2019, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. August 13, 2019 together with Limited review report thereon are enclosed. We further inform you that, Mr. Amit Gupta has resigned as Chief Financial Officer from August 13, 2019 (after closure of business hours). The Board of Directors have taken note of the same and have appointed Mr. Karan Jain as the Chief Financial Officer pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. August 14, 2019.13-08-2019
